Microwave Preparation:

3 Easy Steps

Keep frozen, do not thaw. Do not use if film seal is broken.
COOK ONLY ONE PRODUCT AT A TIME.
Cook in Microwave Oven ONLY.
Do not cook in conventional oven or toaster oven.
Product must be cooked thoroughly.

1. Remove outer carton and place tray in microwave. DO NOT PEEL OR PUNCTURE FILM.
2. Heat on high for 3 minutes*. Remove and shake lightly. Heat again for 1 minute. The self-venting film may make popping sounds. This is normal.
3. Peel back film carefully and serve. PRODUCT WILL BE HOT. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly.

*Heating time is based on a 1000 watt microwave. Microwave ovens and wattages vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
