All grills cook differently and time and/or temperature may need to be adjusted to achieve desired results.
Gas Grill Instructions
Ultra Thin Pizzas
Preheat gas grill to medium direct heat (400 degrees) with all burners on. Place frozen thin crust pizza directly on grill in the center. Cook pizza with lid closed for 6-8 minutes. Rotate pizza halfway and cook with lid closed for a final 6-8 minutes.
*Note: The pizza crust will be very crisp with some char lines. The cheese will not be as brown as when cooked in the oven, but very hot and melted.
Classic and Signature Pizzas
Preheat gas grill to medium indirect heat (400 degrees) with 2 outside burners on medium or medium-high heat and middle burner on low heat or off (note: all grills will cook slightly different). Place frozen classic or signature pizza directly on grill in the center. Cook pizza with lid closed for 12-15 minutes. Rotate pizza halfway and cook with lid closed for a final 12-15 minutes.
*Note: The pizza crust will be very crisp with some char lines. The cheese will not be as brown as when cooked in the oven, but very hot and melted.


Charcoal Grill Instructions
Ultra Thin Pizzas
Add 25-30 Briquettes to your grill. Use indirect heat by placing briquettes on the outside of the grill so that they are not directly below pizza. Place frozen ultra thin pizza directly on grill in the center. Cook pizza with lid closed for 6-8 minutes. Rotate pizza halfway and cook with lid closed for a final 6-8 minutes.
*Note: The pizza crust will be very crisp with some char lines. The cheese will not be as brown as when cooked in the oven, but very hot and melted.

"I spray the crust with Pam Cooking Spray this helps it get crunchy, once the gas grill reaches 325 degrees I turn off the middle burner and place my pizza in a metal pizza pan with ventilation holes on top of the cooking grates and let it cook until the cheese gets a nice brown color, make sure to monitor the cooking process so it doesn't over cook."
